Absentee Ballot

If anyone wishes to vote by Absentee Ballot, they will need to contact the Barrow County Election Office at 770-307-3110.

• Applications for an absentee ballot will be accepted until October 24, 2025, at the Barrow County Elections Office located at 233 E. Broad St., Winder, Georgia 30680, or via email to mfranklin@barrowga.org.
• No applications will be accepted on October 24, 2025. A voted absentee ballot must be returned to the Barrow County Elections Office, 233 E. Broad St., Winder, Georgia 30680, no later than 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
• The ballot must be delivered to our office or mailed via US Postal Service. No ballot should be accepted at the city hall or the polling location on election day.

Advance Voting

Advance Voting will be held at the Barrow County Elections Office located at 233 E. Broad St. Winder, Georgia 30680 on the following dates:

• Tuesday, October 14 – Friday, October 17 from 8am – 5pm
• Saturday, October 18 from 9am – 5pm
• Monday, October 20 – Friday.October 24 from 8am – 5pm
• Saturday, October 25 from 9am – 5pm
• Monday, October 27 – Friday, October 31 from 8am – 5pm

The City Election is held at the Hmong New Hope Alliance Church, 1622 Union Grove Church Rd. Auburn, GA 30011.
